Order Cancellations/Returns
In Stock Items
Orders of in stock items that have not yet shipped are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Once an order of an in stock item has shipped, it can only be returned if the item is defective or damaged in transit, (otherwise subject to a 20% restocking fee and customer pays return shipping). Please inspect all packages and document any and all damage prior to opening. Items falsely claimed as defective, or damaged by the customer, are ineligible for refund, and any returned items will be forfeit.
Preorder Items (Action Figures/Collectibles/New Board Games)
Preordered items may canceled, but will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. *See Pre-Order Policy
Special Order/Pre-Order Items (Comics/Collectibles/Used Board Games)
Pre-Ordered Comics and Special Order Action Figures/Collectible items cannot be canceled. *See Pre-Order Policy
Damaged/Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Items falsely claimed as defective, or damaged by the customer, are ineligible for refund, and any returned items will be forfeit.
Video Games/Systems Damaged/Defective Items
Video Games that are defective must be retuned to the store within 24 hours of original purchase. Store credit will be applied for any defective game.
Video Game Systems have a 14 day defective return policy. Systems that stop working within that time frame from original purchase will be offered exchange for similar system or store credit.
New/Sealed Items
Once a new item is opened it cannot be returned. Under Management's discretion, unopened new/sealed Action Figure/Collectible/Board Games/Video Game Accessories items returned within 3 days of original purchase we can exchange for credit or similar item.
Sale Items
There are no returns on sale or clearance items.
Gift Cards
We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
